ACCOUNTING MANAGER

VALÉRIE CAS FERRARI

Valérie, with a background in accounting and various experiences in sales, accounting, and assistant roles, has been involved in the development of the Group from the very beginning!

Starting as an Executive Assistant, she has since progressed within the company and now holds the position of Accounting and Back Office Manager.

ASSISTANT

STÉPHANIE JARDOUX LOPES

Graduated with a BTS in Office Management and Executive Assistance, Stéphanie began her career within a Grouping of Chartered Accountants, GIE Palais d’Hiver. She later joined the Magyar Group and subsequently worked with executives on behalf of the Medef du Jura.

Stéphanie joined the Aquasourça team in 2012, where she held positions as Back-Office and Executive Assistant.

Since January 2024, she has been in charge of the development of the coworking and event space “La Source,” which has recently opened. Visit www.lasource-aquasourca.com for more information.

ANNABEL FAISANDEL

Graduated with a BTS in Executive Assistance, Annabel began her career at an American company, Kimberly Clark. She then worked mainly in Switzerland, notably as a Managing Director’s Assistant in a watchmaking company, before joining Luxembourg with the French group Rémy Cointreau.

Since 2021, she has been an integral part of our team as an administrative assistant based in Luxembourg.

PASCAL BLANC-BRUDE​

Pascal joined Aquasourça’s investment team in 2004. He has led numerous Development and LBO operations and has supported several SMEs, particularly in the industrial, B2B services, and e-commerce sectors.

Before joining Aquasourça, Pascal worked for more than twelve years as an auditor at Mazars and then at Deloitte.

A graduate of Montpellier Business School, Pascal is also a Chartered Accountant.

MARION DUGAST​

With a Master’s degree in Finance from ESCE (FR) in 2014 and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Brighton (UK), Marion has spent several years in the healthcare real estate sector, and since 2021 has been working for Aquasourça as Asset Manager Real Estate, developing the real estate portfolio in management and development.

ALEXANDRE GONTCHAROV​

Before joining Aquasourça in 2019, Alexandre served as the CEO of Jifmar, a maritime works company in which he had invested while serving as Director of Investments at RAISE. Alexandre joined the capital development company in 2013, where he completed about ten capital development operations in various sectors.

Previously, Alexandre was Chief of Staff to the CEO of Louis Dreyfus Commodities, a multinational group specializing in agricultural commodities trading.

Alexandre began his career in Paris at Bain & Co, an American consulting firm.

He is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and Harvard University.

MAXIME COLLART DUTILLEUL

Before joining Aquasourça’s investment team in 2019, Maxime worked for four years at 123 Investment Managers as an Associate, where his responsibilities included analyzing and executing investment transactions as well as monitoring various investments.

Maxime holds a master’s degree in management and finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management.

Après une expérience de 3 années chez Crédit Mutuel Equity, Alexandre rejoint l’équipe d’investissement d’Aquasourça en avril 2022 en tant que chargé d’Affaires.

Alexandre est diplômé de l’INSA Lyon (Génie Mécanique) et titulaire d’un Master Spécialisé Ingénierie Financière de l’EM Lyon.

After three years of experience at Crédit Mutuel Equity, Alexandre joined Aquasourça’s investment team in April 2022 as a Business Development Manager.

Alexandre holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from INSA Lyon and a Specialized Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from EM Lyon.

PIERRE GIRIER​

Before joining Aquasourça in 2019 as an Agri-food expert, Pierre Girier spent most of his career at Unilever and Danone, notably as Sales Director of Vandamme – Pie qui chante and General Manager of Amora Maille.

In 2006, he became CEO of Triballat-Rians, a French family-owned company specializing in fresh dairy products, desserts, and cakes. In 2011 and 2013, he was elected President of Syndifrais, the national union of fresh dairy product manufacturers.

PATRICK CAHUZAC

Patrick Cahuzac joined Aquasourça in 2019, bringing nearly 40 years of experience in the Agri-food sector. He began his career at Danone, where he held various industrial positions in France and abroad (Spain, Brazil, etc.) before becoming the Group’s Industrial Director. Patrick then joined the Marie group in 1996, and later became the CEO of St Hubert in 2006. He currently serves as a board member of various agri-food companies, including Pierre Martinet.

MICHEL ABATTU

Michel Abattu joined Aquasourça in 1999, shortly after its inception. With 15 years of experience in the banking sector and wealth management in Paris and the Rhône-Alpes region, he has been involved in numerous high-level transactions and business transfers alongside executives and family offices in the region.

Since the beginning, Michel has played a key role in the development of the Group. He has completed numerous transactions in Private Equity before taking charge of establishing the group’s real estate platform and overseeing property and real estate operations, including investments and ongoing management. He currently serves as the President of the Executive Board of Aquasourça and also oversees the Group’s secretariat.

frederic SICCHIA

FRÉDÉRIC SICCHIA​

Based in Luxembourg, Frédéric has been contributing to the development of the Group’s activities since 2009.

He is responsible for the Group’s general secretariat and real estate investment.

Before joining the Aquasourca team, he was Senior Wealth Planner and Head of International Family Advisory at Edmond Rothschild Europe.

Frédéric holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and an Advanced Studies Diploma in Litigation Law from the University of Metz.
