At Aquasourça, we are entrepreneurs before we are investors. What we look for are projects that resonate with us, but above all, the men or women who embody and champion them. Our investment choices are based on trust, respect, shared values, and alignment of interests. Investing in sustainable projects, supporting entrepreneurs to achieve their ambitious goals, and assisting them by leveraging our network and expertise, is at the heart of our approach.

Aquasourça’s two small cap investment strategies, one generalist and the other sector-specific, operate according to a highly entrepreneurial common approach, in order to support companies in their growth, with financial expertise and guidance tailored to their needs.
Real Estate
The Real Estate division of Aquasourça follows two complementary strategies: value-add for the Development activity and core/core+ for the Real Estate Asset Management activity, primarily in France and Europe, and globally through co-investment.
ESG
- Investing its own capital, AQS is a long-term player aware of the role it must play in supporting entrepreneurs and businesses through their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) transformation. We assist them in implementing their strategy and creating value for all stakeholders, without time constraints, to build a sustainable model.
- Special attention is given by the team to new investments, to ensure the commitment of the leadership to this sustainable approach and to best meet the demands of social and environmental responsibility.
